Thermal Recycling is delighted to be speaking at the UKATA Asbestos Conference at The Jury’s Inn at East Midlands Airport on Thursday 4th July.

The annual conference is an opportunity to hear from experts in the asbestos industry along with the opportunity to network throughout the day.
Our Chairman, Graham Gould will present a talk entitled ‘A Genuine Alternative to Disposing of Asbestos in Landfill’, which will give attendees background on Thermal Recycling plus how we will handle asbestos, our denaturing process of destroying asbestos and more information on our demonstration plant which is currently being constructed.

Graham commented,

“I’m delighted to be speaking at the UKATA Conference and give everyone attending a better idea of the exciting plans we have for Thermal Recycling over the coming months.
“We are offering a fresh and innovative alternative to putting asbestos in landfill sites which will transform it into safe construction aggregate.”

Other talks taking place at the UKATA Asbestos Conference including Doctor Martin Gibson from Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Cheryl Lenny from the British Lung Foundation.
Thermal Recycling’s demonstration plant is set to open in the Autumn and will be the world’s first commercially viable method of treating asbestos.
